Bug - Character stucks in ground

I have a bug and this bug continues now my whole game.
My character isn't human size anymore, he is tiny like a dwarf now, feels like he is running on his torso 'cause when I run through higher grass I can't see anything 'cause the grass is higher than my character. When I'm talking to NPCs my eyes are around upperlegs/crotch high but NPCs looking down to me when I'm talking to them.
So I guess my feet are stuck somewhere in the ground. Sleeping doesn't help my bug at all btw.

How it comes?
Near Lyndow, next to the Pavillion there is a river. I went from pavillion side to the cliff next to the river and wanted to paint the eclipse for Nika. I was wandering along the stones to get a good position, everything worked fine. But when I was done with the painting I had problems going back 'cause of the stones. Somehow I made it back to Lyndow then but there it already happens :(

Are you crouching ? I think it's the ctrl Key.

Nope it's not. If I press Ctrl my character is crouching and lowering my view instead of getting up to a normal height again.

Sorry, I don't know how to fix this for you. Since I was at the beginning when this happened to me I just start a new game :(
Maybe someone has a solution for this.
