Fish ring?

So trying to catch old pops and the orange fish just doesn't give a damn about my bait with the blue fish. Am I supposed to use something else?

I spent SO long with this quest - fish you need is the green fish, and then Old Pops isn't with the other orange fish. He's over by the dock furthest from Nava. He's alone and very large, easy to spot once you realise where to look for him

Finding the green fish that takes the blue fish bait isn't working out for me. The blue minnows are easy catch but not one green fish so far.

You can find some of the green fish in the river near the K & K Pharmacy

Which dock is that? Can you describe where on the map it is? I only know the broken wooden dock with only one lady fishing on it, near the big tree and the lyndow dock. I don't have a raft btw and can't get one.

It's north of the dock with the single lady but in the same river. On the map it is in the south of the pink forest, where there is also a hut-symbol. The green fish could look a bit blue underwater so look out for medium-sized fish.

You need a Boat. He is near the beach in the east of the large lake in the middle of the map.

AH, I see ok. I don't have a raft and can't built one till the dev makes plants regrow. Thank you.

I read somewhere that plants do regrow after 3 days. I didn't check it yet but it would make sense and I think I collected some plants in places where I could swear I already collected them.

Other plants might, but the bloomsacs don't. I tried sleeping and I even asked the dev about it on stream. He said he will add it.

Found Pops. Problem is the line snaps every time and I lose bait. Am now broke just from trying to catch Pops. Couldn't find bait to catch blues to get green bait for Pops. Sucks

When the line starts to turn red-orange, stop reeling in until it returns to light yellow or white, and then start reeling in again, and it shouldn't snap (hopefully! good luck)
