how can i earn glowstones?
I only have 58 and can't cross the bridge.

If there aren't any quests and paintings left to do you can always gather some feathers (they respawn after a day or two) and sell them to the writer behind the large building in Lyndow.

2 feathers = 2 glowstones which would give you the 60 for the toll bridge.

Paint a picture of the remains of your ship (it's the one in front of the cave where you ended up after rescue) and give it to the captain who is grieving after the ship. It's not a quest, but you get lots of glowstones for it.
