Deconstruction Dissapointment

Devs: Let me start of by saying i love this game and i am not going to compare it to other games.

I wanted to address one thing I found I dislike however, regarding the deconstructor. I had high hopes for this crafting bench due to the steep price of it: 10 nature essences, requiring us to grind bosses for nature crystals and then growing those, as well as a bunch of other things like lots of iron ingots, potions etc. Clearly the hardest crafting bench of the new content..

Fast forward to the moment we are finally able to place this bench and start working with it: I notice how we can only deconstruct a limited amount of gear (self-crafted mostly, lots of the mob-looted cursed items dont show in the Deconstructor), and when we do, we receive barely any of the items back (1 iron ingot and some fabric etc for an item costing 4).

My expectations for this item: Aside from deconstructing all gear and giving back the crafting items (not only 1/4th of them), it should be able to deconstruct metal plates (of which we have hundreds easily through the mobs we kill) into chunks of iron which can be smelted into bars.. or deconstruct metal plates into iron ingots straight..
Or, it gives us enchantment gems from items with statbonuses, with which we can unlock an enchantment table and can create Refined items.. especially if we deconstruct Cursed masks it should give us cursed gems which will give Curse resist enchantment.

If thats not feasible, maybe just lower the cost of the deconstruction table to something that relates to its function, at most a couple of iron ore, planks and stone.. Its a glorified trashcan that refuses the worst trash even :)

This, once my group got to the very grindy stone blocks and iron bars we hoped that deconstructor would help mitigate it, we stopped playing.

As a solo player I also stopped playing when I saw the deconstructor price - the iron grind is way too much for a single player and the deconstructor craft is even more absurd.

Also The Build system is really bad, there are not enough parts to build a small building with a flat roof that doesn't fall down or break and the decay is still bad .. Can we have an "OPTION" to Turn off decay at least.
I don't mind grinding .. but to have to repair all the time is just not my thing. That takes the FUN out of most games real fast.
ALSO .... CAN WE HAVE THE 2 SLOTS back on the campfire.
