Game Issues: A couple sorry!!!!

Okay I love this game but experiencing a couple of issues now and not sure if it is the game set up or something I am doing.

1. Have to turn off virus protection to log in or I get error messages. None of the options will work but Direct X11 I think it is, even then I have to turn off my virus protection to get in, I mean I have a ton and I mean a ton of steam games on my computer, none of the others do this.

2. Carry weight, does the weight of items you carry in game differ to the level set in the game, ie. easy, medium or hard?? Reason being I am on a online server for experience and finding my basic weight is around 200 when I am limited at 260 I think it is. Which means I can carry one load possibly 2 before i am overloaded and struggling to walk. I am inexperienced with combat so do carry the basics for weapons and any axe or pick axe so i can do my resource gathering ( I like to collect and stock up my base). But am overloaded all the time.

3. This one is a strange one but turning into a serious one. It could be key binding I am not sure, however it has happened a couple of times and today twice causing me to nearly get killed in the middle of a mob and other with a mini boss. I am trying to run and fly, next minute i go from window screen to minimal, and i am operating in a tiny box. I dont mean slightly small, i mean actually really tiny and I struggle to find a door to run or get out of fast.

4. This leads onto my last concern, I tried as per question 3 to set it from windowed to full screen avoid this issue, however the mouse or cursor is running low to where i am selecting, i.e i have my mouse cursor on play and its highlighting exit. This slightly freaked me out here as I didnt know if i had glitched my game, thankfully when i did find a way to switch it back to windowed and out of full screen.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.......
