Finish the Rift arcade path bugged?

I've cleared multiple arcade rooms, but none of it unlocked it. Anybody a clue how to unlock this

Apologies for necro-ing the thread, but AFAIK the regular LD Arcade Rooms don't unlock this achievement. You need to clear an Arcade Room that came from using Robert Cobb as your Rift leader.

Not yet, its my last one, and I've FINALLY unlocked him myself. There was a guide floating about on Reddit that stated this was how to unlock it, but I've yet to verify it myself.

Keep doing Rifts while having Cobb as your party leader until you find it - that’s all there is to it.
This achievement is RNG-based, and the chances seem to be extremely low, so be prepared to waste several dozens of hours before you find what you’re looking for.
In my experience, It’s worth to reset your run every time you hit floor 150-200 or so (my estimate might be a little off since it’s been a long time for me), because no bonus paths seem to spawn from there onward.
If I remember correctly, I finally found mine at around floor 70-80, and it basically is an extension to the arcade room I believe, so you gotta be on the lookout for the purple path.
