cant get into games
Just downloaded the game, got into the tutorial and the setting were weird. I changed the setting and It crashed. Since then I can launch the game I can edit a load out but I cant start any matches. When I start them The loading circle starts on the screen but then stops, I can hear music for a few min but nothing ever happens, stays frozen on the home page.
So I repaired it says 1 out of 2 files are missing it appears to then fix that file but games still do not work. Repaired it again and still says a file is missing. I reinstalled and that too did not fix the issue. Any ideas?

Check for the latest graphic driver and windows version. If not available, try to make a roll-back to the previous version. This should fix this issue. If the issue continious it could be a connection issue, restarting the router is the first aid, if the issue continues, please report back.

So No windows updates, updated my NVIDIA drivers, reset router, and restarted the PC and that didn't work, I rolled back the drivers and that didn't work either. Still cant join games but it still launches fine. Just to reiterate it worked fine until I touched the settings, so I reset those, and that didn't work either.

Can you check the root folder, go to the sub-folder "data" and check the number of wpg files and also please how large the smallest wpg file is (in KB please).
Despite that, have you got any info on which files are maybe missing?

did any of you close the game with alt+f4? it worked perfectly fine until i did that.
now the "play" button on the launcher doesnt work anymore

same here the play button is broken, game crashed and I just can't launch it anymore. it too bad because I just noticed this throwing weapon event and I wanted to farm it

alright so I just found the fix , on the launcher you have to manually choose your server instead of " automatic "

We just had a short restart, since the EU server had issues. You can visit the discord to be always up to date about such short noticed decisions. https://discord.gg/ironsight

no real info on whats missing. The smallest is 347KB and there are 62 files

Is it still failing to connect? Yesterday I saw that they were doing maintenance, apparently the aren't anymore but still my launcher does not connect.

no real info on whats missing. The smallest is 347KB and there are 62 files
