How do I navigate the menu?

Esc bring up the menu, but how do I navigate it? can't see a cursor and arrow keys aren't working.

currently you use the WASD to navigate the menue. We are working on a patch now that will improve the mouse and keyboard controls. If you have a ps4 or xbox controller, the game is actually optimized for that. If not bear with us, we are lookign to get the patch out as soon as possible.
