Can't add H stuff

Basically the title, I already download the restoration patch, and all the other patches needed, installed them, and the game is still in a base state

Did you get the Maitetsu (18+ DLC) from Fakku? The patches are just there to remove some censoring etc. from the scenes, but they require the DLC in order to function.
Unfortunately Fakku has made it super hard to actually buy the DLC as they hide it for most users, but you can try this guide: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2147907196
The guide includes a link to directly put the DLC into your shopping cart which still seems to work even if Fakku hides the store page from you.

If you've actually installed the DLC and then installed all the patches and it still doesn't work, then you might have done something wrong during the installation. Check the guide I linked if it does anything different than you did.

I'm super late but if you've acquire all the necessary patches to enjoy the game as it was intended, make sure you've launched the game at least once before installing.
