Hi,
I have a problem with the ultrawide 3840x2160 support. The picture is stretched too much and the top and bottom is cut off.
But it's no problem to play in 1920x1080 :)

Best regards

I arrived at the part of the cave, I tried an experiment that was to leave the cave and as soon as I approached the music stopped, I imagined that something was going to happen but nothing happened the game stayed still without the possibility of even entering the menu

Can 2560x1440 resolution be supported? It's weird that the game shows one Higher then 1920 x 1080 but not 2560x1440

Hello oz_0909,

Sorry that happened! What are your computer's specs? What platform are you playing Little Misfortune on (Windows, Mac, or Linux)?

You should be able to resume gameplay by force-closing the game, then selecting "Play" from the Steam Client software again. When the game's menu comes up, please Select "Continue" to resume the gameplay. You should be back in the cave again.

Please post again with your computer's specs and the platform you're playing the game on, and let me know if selecting "Continue" allowed you to resume gameplay.

Thanks

I don't have the game yet, but i'm expecting a resolution bug with 16:10 formats (like 1680x1050 or 1920x1200). Almost every other Game has big black bars.

The arrows were a bit unresponsive during the dance part in the club.

I can't get any of the achievements. Is this ok? :fardy:

When saving and loading the game, I didn't get any music for current location. Also, when using keyboard only in zoo location, I couldn't do anything with the wolf there, so I had to switch to keyboard+mouse

The game won't run due to requiring a 64 bit version of Windows, though the demo works perfectly fine with the 32 bit version. Is there any way to solve this problem?

I arrived at the zoo and threw one of the stones through the glass panel. Afterwards I wanted to replay that part and used one of the saves but now I'm not able to interact with the glass panel at all and can't progress. :(

Hello lolli.23824,

The store page for the game does have a remark in the system specs for Windows and Linux that says "Please be aware that this game is designed with 16:9 in mind." The resolutions supported in the "Options" menu of the game are:

1280 x 720
1366 x 768
1600 x 900
1920 x 1080
3840 x 2160

One gamer reported today an issue with 3840 x 2160 resolution, and another asked for a resolution of 2560 x 1440 (which I believe is also a 16:9 resolution, but is not available in the "Options" menu of the game).

We are working on investigating the 3840 x 2160 resolution issue (is anyone out there playiing successfully on 3840 x 2160 resolution)? I'll update this post and the other posts on this forum about the 3840 x 2160 and 2560 x 1440 resolutions) with more information after we've had a chance to look at this issue.

But I don't think the game will be updated to accommodate your 16:10 resolution (1680 x 1050). Sorry about that! You'll have to play the game using one of the resolutions mentioned above.

Please post again if I haven't answered your question.

Thanks

Hi Stigma,

We'll take a look at the responsiveness of the arrows during the dance part in the club..

Were you able to unlock the "Dance Master" achievement in the club despite this?
Primal Fear Sep 18, 2019 @ 1:40pm
When crossing the street early in the game, one of the birds currently has a little problem. It flies away just to reappear on the street shortly after that. The it flies away again and that repeats all the time.
I'm playing under Linux in case that makes a difference for that.

Never mind, it was just an random bug. I did load the autosave to try again and this time all the birds did properly fly away.

No. I literally had to push every single arrow key twice, every time. That was the only bug I encountered though
