Connections to Fran Bow *SPOILERS*

So after finishing the game, I noticed there are a lot of connections towards Fran Bow. The ultra reality was mentioned, alongside with a war known as the "Ultra War". In the end Benjamin escort Misfortune to I think is Senersedee, you can literally see Itward , several Pinecone creatures and also Luciferns as well. Misfortune also seems to be able to traverse to the Ultra Reality at short intervals I.e seeing the missing kids as ghosts. Morgo seems to be a very powerful Kamala or something.

So if thats the case, doesn't that means that whatever happened in Fran Bow was real and not her hallucinations then? In any case, I am actually really interested to see where the story and world building this series will go from here, cause there seems to be a lot more that we don't know, what do you guys think?

Misfortune is dead. She presumably died at the beginning when crossing the road. If that alone is any indication of Fran's fate, then she's probably dead as well..
