I can tell you where you missed a sparkle if you can tell me where you got the ones you got. :)

Im gonna guess its the one after the man drops his wallet as hes leaving the store. After the interaction with the wallet you can interact with the door he previously exited, availing a sparkle!

There is one you need to keep the dog alive from the park. Choose "release the dog" and go to the beach with the dog. After the dog is picked up by the birds, you can sparkle the beach. This is the one I missed for the first time.

Dont you receive one when the branch lands on the dog though? I thought those two were interchangeable.

I missed one, too, as well as one of the straw dolls. Finding both will be among my causes in my next playthrough. ^^
