Engine error when trying to Entropy Zero MMod.

So, ive downloaded Entropy Zero MMod, put it in my sourcemods folder, all correctly. Shows up in my library, but when i try to start it, it crashes when i loaded in the mod. I have watched multiple videos, went to multiple forums but nothing seems to work. I got this error message: Engine Error: Could not load library client. Try restarting. If that doesn't work verify the cache. I verified the game cache and restarted multiple times. Please help.
