Can you possibly elaborate where you feel like its being advertised as if its free? As far as I can see the only time the word free is mentioned is when its referring to in game Aimlabs rewards and says for the R6 rewards you need to upgrade to the premium pass. As far as I can tell there is no where it mentions anything else being free or even hints at it. But if there is its most likely a mistake, so if you could please point out where that is I can get it to the right people and adjust the mistake.
In news it doesn't say specifically that you need to buy Premium pass, which makes it feel more like it's free for everyone, that everyone without it can get this bundle. But in-game you can see that it's only for premium subscribers. So only after you boot the game you will notice this fact.
I would have no problems with such fact if you did mention that this bundle award was only for Premium subscribers instead of making it seem like everyone can get it for free (without premium pass)
I will definitely make note of the feedback, but I am unsure if this is really any different from most games in terms of listing price points of different reward items in promo material.
