Additionally, perhaps try a couple of tracking tasks (no strafing) before you get into the flicking tasks. I like to warm up my arm first whenever I start practicing and I feel that circumvents forcing muscles to move that shouldn't be moving. Try my playlist if you want. :)
If that doesn't help at all let me know.
Try for a high dpi and low game sense, start at 1600 dpi anything lower will introduce input lag (I prefer 2000).
