Whenever I play my mouse is moving top right almost like controller stick drift. No i have no controller connected

Hey the same thing is/was happening to me, for whatever reason the VALORANT profile setting seems to be causing this for me. when i switch off the pre-set, it's fine.

Mouse: Viper V3 Pro

If you have cntrollers plugged in try unplugging them, if you don't have any controllers plugged in your keyboard probably has a feature that enables the emulation of joystick inputs, causing stick drift. Going into Control Panel -> Device manager -> Disable any HID controllers / Anything with “Xbox 360 Controller” in the title or similar should fix this
