This actually doesn't affect all users, the number of users experiencing this issue is probably less than 5% and is potentially an issues with the Unity version we just updated to. Looking into the problem and hope to have it fixed soon.
Also, not sure if this will help everyone but a few users have said that putting Aim Lab in windows mode stopped the "program is not responding" hangs, which lines up with the Unity 2019 issue as they are saying its an issue with full screen apps. I know running in windowed mode may not be desirable but could be a potential work around til we can get the issue resolved.
As a dev for Aim Lab, obviously you know what my answer is. However, Aim Hero is $5 and Aim Lab is free, so downlaod Aim Lab and see how you like it. We are actively working on Aim Lab and have built a wonderful community on Discord so come join us: https://discord.gg/gyGRvHX
You can probably find more people active there that will give you better answers to any questions you may have. On average we put out 3-6 updates a month and have kept up on that over the past 2 years. Not 100% sure if Aim Hero has been abandoned but, looks like their last update was Sept. of last year and they have put out roughly 3-6 updates total over the past 2 years. As I said above we are still early in development but also take community feedback very seriously and would love to hear your input, suggestions and ideas for Aim Lab. So give it a go!
