As long as the sensitivity is the same as the one you use in Rust, and the FOV is the same, then sure why not! Don't know if there is a game profile available for Rust though, so you might have to go with a cm/360 measurement to get an accurate sensitivity in Aim Lab.

The only things you cant train are the things limited to the game itself, I do not think anyone has integrated custom recoil, go to ukn targets for that, but yeah i mean aim is universal so just transfer your sens.
