opening aim labs wrong monitor

whenever I open up aim labs it opens on thew wrong monitor I tried the "-monitor 2" command in aim labs properties under launch options and it just won't work please fix this. I also can't even minimize the whole application to move it to the other monitor.

Probably in the display settings switch to windowed view and then pull the window to your monitor and switch back to full screen view
