Thank you for the feedback. We are sorry to know that you've encountered the problem while launching the game. To provide better support for you, we suggest you update your graphics card driver to the latest version before trying the following solutions.
Please try to press Alt+Tab and see if the game is still running in windowed mode. If yes, you should be able to see the main screen.

If you are using any audio enhancement software belongs to SteelSeries, Sonic Studio II, or MSI Nahimic, you can try to update or close the software before running Aim Lab via the Steam launcher.
