my mouse wont move

my mouse works in every other game but this game the cursor moves in the menu then when i get into game it does nothing and its stuck :( help me

Does your cursor move while ingame, or is your ability to look around just locked?

If your cursor isn't locked to the window, press Alt + Enter to force the game into exclusive fullscreen, else if your ability to look around is limited press F1 and send a bug report with as many details as you can provide, so that our engineering team can work on a fix as soon as possible.

Also unplug any controllers, guitar hero controllers or VR headsets and see if that fixes the issue.

Does your mouse work in the UI and you are just unable to look around/aim?

if you drag your mouse all the way to the right pick it up and go to the left of your mouse pad and then drag to the right and continuously do that and look at your crosshair, is it moving at all(like very small amount of movement) kind of like your sensitivity is super low or does it simply not move your view at all?

i just got my new mouse today i cranked up all the sensitivity settings and my dpi (max is 16k) and it did move but it moved but it was a super small amount of movement

Can you go to settings >> controls and press F1 then send me a bug report from that screen and just make note that its from you here in the forums. This may help me figure out what the issue is.

The mouse works just fine in the menu, but when i try to play it just won't work at all :(

For me it still doesnt work and alongside I have this weird infinite lean glitch where I can spin in one of the directions when I lean.

I'm also having this problem that is literally making it impossible for me to even use AimLab. The game detects my cursor movement just fine in the menus but as soon as I start any training my crosshair doesn't move at all.

We have found a number of settings issues that could cause this issue, we are fixing them as we find them but its due to specific settings being set. If you go into profile >> skills >> Manage Data and wipe player prefs that should hopefully fix your issue, please submit a bug report via F1 if that does not solve your issue.

i'm having the same issue as the people above, tried what you just wrote and it is still frozen once i go into any training. Works fine anywhere else in the program.

edit: forgot to mention that everything was working fine since i installed it a few weeks ago. Just happened out of the blue.
