If you are using your Fortnite sensitivity in Aim Lab, it will feel fast in first person. Set your POV to Third person by pressing V in a task and it will feel much better.

so what is the conversion? Because my aim is CRAZY in aim labs but still good in fn just not nearly as good. So if someone could tell me that would be GREATLY appreciated

well
you do it manually
measure mouse travel distance for 180 degree turn in your game and adjust in aimlabs until your turn-rate cm are the same

line up with some kind of structure - floor panels wallpaper or inside a door looking at the frame to help you see when your 180 degree turn is completed

im at 21 cm travel distance @ 180 degree turn
