No hit sound when I set Spatial sound to "Dolby Atmos for Headphones"
The temporary workaround for this issue is to disable it in the Windows configuration.
Fixes pushed live 2 min ago, let us know if you are still experiencing any audio issues.
Now the bug persists even if I disable Spatial sound in windows configuration.
With the current patch I noticed that the hit sounds are actually being played, but so low that the gun sound obscures it. Like gun sounds are set to 100% and hit sounds are set to something like 2%. You have to really pay attention to notice it.
I know there is a setting in Aimlab to adjust hit sound volume and before anyone asks, mine is set to max.
PS. Since developers are reading this: The last patch notes didn't specify wich result screen errors were fixed, but I'm still getting errors in the result screen. (in the advanced section accuracy is always 0, error size is N/A)
And you guys are all sure you updated? The warmup bug was there last build so thats not new, it will be fixed soon. But the audio stuff was reverted back to the 2D audio that it was before we tried implementing 3D audio so it is weird that it is still causing same issue.
Aimlab used to display version info in the main screen. Now it took me a while to find it kind of hidden in the settings screen.
Anyway, I'm running version: EB.46.5.6x57.beta
Try selecting a weapon with low bullet velocity like the Guardian-Blaster. It is easyer to hear the hit sound with that gun.
If it is only a matter of volume, I believe devs can fix this really soon.
Thanks!
