Have you installed third party apps on your Windows 11 system so far? The reason I ask is because you need to turn off safe mode on Windows 11 to install apps that are not from Windows Store

I found this on ebay for only $40 it is spanish version but can I just use any clean english ISO as long as I get the GFWL code from the inside of the case?
