Pink neon arrows need to be brighter

The laser ammo and the target arrows for level requirements are to hard to see. Many of the same colors at the same brightness are in the background. The hint arrows are almost impossible too see.

And the hit boxes for mobs seem to be super small now. A very tight group of firing for some diagonals. Rounds can pass right by mobs that might have been close enough. Purely at a right angle things work pretty well. But in the oblique and acute angles the coverage is not as complete. It's like the flanks are not being taken into consideration(or something). Only the front facing collision counts.
