Report a translation problem
so here is how to fix this. i seems this problem can happen if you have an intel core.
It is an issue with intel 10th gen and up. Something to do with the SSL libraries or something like that. The fix is add these values to "system variables" in environment variables.
Variable Name : OPENSSL_ia32cap
Variable Value : ~0x20000000
If you don't know how,
just press windows logo on your keyboard, and type "system variables" and then it should highlight "edit the system environment variables", click it.
it should open "system properties" window. Click "Environment Variables" and it will open another window.
Go to "system variables" and click "New" below the "system variables" box.
It will open another window and start type those values i mentioned before.
Click OK and restart your PC. The game will start normally.
this really fixed the problem.
i hope this helps you as well
