Game boots up on secondary monitor

I don't see anything in the game's executable config that would affect my resolution and the game only boots up on this second screen now. When I first played the game a year or so ago, I didn't have these problems. If any of you lovely people here can think of some suggestions or solutions, I'd really appreciate it.

In the config program it has at the top the video card (AMD Radeon HD 7700 series (#0) Click the drop down and click the one with (#1) for the first display.

That doesnt work if you don't have a #1 option. I've always only had my card show as #0. So now what the ♥♥♥♥ do i do
