Sonic the Hedgehog (2006) for Steam and why.
We can all agree that this game isn't great but that doesn't mean we should just forget about it. It is infamous of glitches being at every corner. Although it is riddled with bugs, it is not unplayable for I beaten it twice. However, why I want it on the PC via Steam is not because I am some masochist, its because I am hopeful of the modding community. Modding communities have done things like this before; they modded buggy and broken games to be the original developers aspirations for it. I would love there to be one day a mod in the Steam Workshop for Sonic 06' to play this game with a new light. I could be at the ranks of SA 1 and 2. But some also want to play it for how bad it is originally. The notoriety itself made this game memorable and would be an experience some want to go through. Also it would be nice to have Sonic06 in my collection.

I want Sonic Unleashed,at least that was acutally a good,finished,polished game

2006 was going to be on PC ( on Sonic Riders on PC manual, on the back cover, there's a cover of 2006 with both PS3, X360 and PC DVD ) but it was canceled, some says beacuse specs were too high for PC's at these times and some said that creators couldn't even make console version on time and PC was dropped, if it wouldn't, well, game would look even worse.

but since we have 2016 soon, maybe on 10th birthday of the game we will get re-release on PS4/XBO and PC too, who knows, i like that game and if Unleashed somehow got ported later too, well...

Oooh. With the mods, people can actually fix part of the game, like the Sticky Wall glitch.

Not gonna lie, I liked Sonic 06 alot, it was addicting as I was trying to unlock every achievement on my 360, either port 06 to PC, or Remake it for 2016

I would just like to see this game hit steam and faith in the modding community to patch major problems.I would also like to see options to change the physics of Sonic's running speed, homing attack and spindash to how they worked in previous adventures games; SADX's spindash the most fun to use and you can go really fast with spamming it.

I think they should make an 06 mod for Generations, like what they did with Unleashed. We all know unleashed ofr the 360/PS3 isnt the smoothest of games, but the mod really showed what it could have been like if SEGA had... well, done a better job. An 06 mod would really do the game justice and fix what was supposed to be the greatest next gen Sonic game.

I would think it would simpler to just fix the game than rebuilt the whole thing in unleashed or generations.

All the Unleashed Project did was leave out content from Sonic Unleashed(about 66% is missing).So tell me again in what way sega should have done a better job.

BTW there is an Sonic'06 mod

LOL they just reskinned perfect Chaos, but it looks cool; might mod Generations. However; I would like to see the orginal engine being modded; would like to play as silver and the orginal levels with fixed physics
