Also, there is a remastered version of this game on steam with more content (but less mods).
Also, this version has plenty of nice mods, especially if you never played Sonic Unleashed.
Hope we get a functional non-janky Modern Sonic Spindash one day. Being worked on :)
The Shadow Generations remaster has multiple saves. So its much easier to replay the game and get whatever cutscenes you want to see from either side.
And the second game on Shadow's side, but thats completely new.
On PS3 and XBOX 360, frame rate is limited to 30FPS whereas on PC it runs at 60FPS (cutscenes are locked to 30) and load times are far better. Sonic 1 isn't playable in this version, but there's other ways to get Sonic 1 anyway. This is actually much closer to the version you'll experience if you get Sonic X Shadow Generations.
