Is there a way to buy the soundtrack on steam?

iTunes is the only means of getting it digitally, but it's worth noting it axes the entire third disc of the physical CD version that includes jingles like Act Clear, the White Space medley, credits music, and so on.

Mind you, not hard to get those from the game files (barring the boring cutscene music) if you get the music modding tools.

Where I live I can't buy music and video from itunes store. Maybe a link to physical copy of dic 1 and 2

It's in a legal gray area, but you can't buy the iTunes versions and the physical copy is ridiculously expensive (as most physical Sonic soundtracks are), so I won't chastise you for downloading it ;)
