Some Cutscenes appear to be compressed and not HD Quality.
I've just noticed something odd, but some cutscenes in Sonic Generations, the pc PORT, this one, appears to have cutscenes that are not HD Quality and a bit blurry to see, and I wonder why this is.

Is there any mod that could be made to upscale the cutscenes to proper HD and so it looks un-noticeable that it's clearly blurry?

Some cutscenes appear to use in-game models while others use Movies, (I don't know what it actually uses), (It appears to be in a compressed format or whatever and that's why it looks a little blurry and not HD.), the following cutscenes that appear to be blurry and not HD:
The first cutscene, where classic sonic sees a strange portal, and then sonic's friends are there and sonic goes in and then the time eater arrives and that's it, (This is a compressed quality and not HD, it's noticeable.),
The 11th cutscene, where modern sonic and classic sonic turn super and say their gonna scramble some eggman super-sonic styled, this cutscene also looks compressed and blurry.
the 12th cutscene, showing sonic and the friends returning back to earth and modern sonic tells classic sonic "Your future will be great, I just know it!", and that's that, this cutscene is also blurry and compressed.

If anyone can somehow record the original video formats in 4k and not compressed quality and somehow put it into the game, I'd like a "HD Cutscene Mod" for these 3 noticeable and compressed qualities, (I have good eyes so I can see compression, thanks if anyone can do this, also, I forgot to mention, there's ONE last compressed cutscene, not really a cutscene, it's the credits after you beat the final boss, (The time eater), and sonic's history games show up and are being played on the bottom right of the screen, I can see compression and that's not good, can someone fix this somehow and give me a link to download if it's possible at all?

Thanks.

yeah some of the cutscenes look super pixelated, and this was an issue on the PS3 port too but not on the Xbox 360 port. and ofc when playing it digitally on Xbox One and Xbox Series consoles, everything is upscaled to 4K UHD.

Nope. Xbox 360 also has it. The cutscenes look so weird. Except the end credit scene that was HD. Why only that one though idk.

Ok actually its only the beginning and last cutscenes that are really pixelated. Rest arent but a few are a little.

Basically, the beginning and ending cutscene are pre-rendered for some reason, and use the xbox 360 video (being 480p) rather than the ps3 video version (720p). All other cutscenes after that are rendered in real time, so that's why it looks so bad.
