Sonic Generations Bug

I have been completing all the achievements in Sonic Generations to 100%, but I am missing one sketch and one song from the collectibles (I already have all the levels and missions at 100%).

One day late, so you probably already found an solution
Still, I've just 100% the game and this didn't happend to me. With that being said, I didn't knew that red rings gave sketchs and songs before doing it
Maybe this was the case with you OR you forgot to ring one of the challenge bellls. I don't know why SEGA decided that this was needed instead of just giving the song/sketch after completing the mission, but it could be the case (it almost was for me sometimes)
