Wont Ask For The Configuration Menu.

I started the game in Steam itself today, and it only asked for the configuration menu once. I'm trying to open it again but it won't let me. Any Ideas?

Right-click in the library --> Properties --> Launch Options
If you select the config tool there it would open the config tool every time I think so maybe dont pick that.
This used to be easier to find...

Found it. If you go to launch options, there's a option that says ask when starting game. I tested it and if I open it in the shortcut on my desktop it doesn't ask, but if I go in through Steam, It only asks, it doesn't force me to that menu. Thanks for the Help!
