As someone who has the PS3 version of Unleashed, it actually can run at 60FPS when it's capable of doing so, it's just that it isn't most of the time and often drops even more than the 360 version, but the PS3 version isn't compatible on newer PS systems unlike the 360 version.
Furthermore, more than anything else, I just want more people to experience this hidden gem of a game and releasing it natively on modern hardware could give this game a much needed second chance, especially for those that never had a PS3 or 360.
