Sonic unleashed PC steam port

Sonic unleashed was released on 2008. It's graphics we're waaaaayy ahead of its time. By far this game has the best story out of all the sonic games. I would really like to play this game at 60fps. I mean this game deserves to played at 60fps.... When will sega ever port this game to PC? They know that PC (as far as i know) is the only platform till now where we can get 60fps...
They even ported a personna 5 vita game to pc but they did not consider their main mascots game? I know that they are preparing for sonic's big 30th anniversary game and it has been 2 years now. I know this game will be a very good game. But.....I hate to do this but i have to. Comparing mario to sonic, Nintendo told once that they can't show the new zelda game gameplay or screenshots for the moment. But they ported a wii zelda game to switch that was liked by zelda fans.
Similarly why can't sega port unleashed or colors for the moment while we wait for the new game? I really want to play unleashed on 60fps. The PS3 version sucks and xbox version is capped at 30fps... PLEASE SEGA PORT UNLEASHED TO PC!!!!! If possible colors too.

I would live for a PC port of Unleashed! Especially when both console versions have slowdown due to maybe being a bit too ahead of its time from a technical standpoint, and playing the 360 version of Unleashed on an XBOX Series X is the only official way to play it currently without slowdown.

As someone who has the PS3 version of Unleashed, it actually can run at 60FPS when it's capable of doing so, it's just that it isn't most of the time and often drops even more than the 360 version, but the PS3 version isn't compatible on newer PS systems unlike the 360 version.

Furthermore, more than anything else, I just want more people to experience this hidden gem of a game and releasing it natively on modern hardware could give this game a much needed second chance, especially for those that never had a PS3 or 360.

Yeah. PS3 version is capped at 60fps but it drops more frames. Xbox version is capped at 30fps with little drops. Only the xbox one x can handle it without any drops but that Is also at 30fps. So, only PC platform can handle this at 60fps. But it did not get a port. Really want a PC port for sonic's 30th anniversary. (Maybe the PS5 can handle sonic unleashed at 60fps without drops too!) [But I don't have a ps5 or xbox one x. Only a good PC, therefore asking a pc port :) ]

There is a mod you can play Unleashed on PC, It's a generations mod. This is the closest we can get

That, and the Unleashed project mod still doesn't recreate the entire game in its true glory. You won't get the HUB areas, NPCs, exp system, night levels, story, bosses or Eggmanland. Hence why such a mod will never be a replacement for the original game and why people like you and me want to see a full on remaster or at the very least port of Unleashed.

Yeah, I just simply love the hub worlds and the beautiful soundtrack in unleashed. The reviewers just slammed it saying that it is an awful game and gave poor ratings just because of the werehog. The werehog is just fighting and platforming. Though it is slow, you can think of it as a type of adventure gameplay..... Really want an unleashed port now... Guess we will get it on sonic's 30th anniversary. 1% chance unleashed will get ported.....😔

I think they should port them now. I mean.... we did not get any sonic game for 2 years now..... I think they are planning to give all the surprises at the 30th anniversary......

You know, Sonic 06 had a lot of potential..... Many fans are trying to fix the glitches in the game so we can atleast enjoy a polished gameplay... But the story......🤮😨

Nah. Let's wait for now. I think they are planning to do something great for sonic 30th anniversary. They have been on this for 2 years now. Let's just give them their time for now.
