Unleashed Project Deleted my Save File

I have just finished completing this game 100% so I could pay the Unleashed Project Mod (I heard it messes with Achievements). I Backed-Up my save data using Steam Back-Up and Restore before launching the game with the Unleashed Project Mod installed, I played for a bit and went back to play vanilla and found my Save File was gone. I immediately went to Steam Back-Up and Restore and Restored my Save Data but that didn't work.

Does anyone have a solution or another 100% Save File that they could give me, thanks!

Nevermind, found out you can install a 100% Save File with SonicGMI, here are the links if anyone else has this problem.
