Removing Classic Sonic?

This might be a long shot but has anyone by any chance come across a mod that removes Classic Sonic from the vanilla game, or at least marks all his stages as complete so I don't have to play them? Been itching to revisit this game but I honestly can't stand Classic Sonic's gameplay or level design.

Not sure if there is one about, the only mod i know of that i am pretty sure removes classic sonic is the Unleashed Project one.

HedgeModLoader has cheat codes, one of which allows you to select any level. So you can select all of the modern Sonic levels without playing the classic Sonic levels.
