Any way to mod out the "jump ball" effect Sonic has?

When modern Sonic jumps, there's a blue effect/aura around him while he spins. Is there any way to mod that graphic to be completely transparent, or just get rid of it entirely?

the blue blur mod changes it not only that the mod its self makes sonics movements more smoother when jumping slideing and boosting and doing fast actions such as going in to a stomp back in to a boost is super fast all most instant same for going in to a slide under stomething then boosting again then slide again and boost its super smooth once u got that mod playing the normal sonic he seems slower and kinda not that smooth
