You should really find something better to do with your life than troll.
I'm not using a controller, I'm using the keyboard, you know like on a PC? And I already stated I tried every button.
The fact you responded so quickly suggests you really need to get a life. As does your cringe-inducing profile.
Please stop responding, you're already blocked. Go and troll somewhere else, loser.
How do I do that exactly? I googled it and it said something about a configure option in the Steam client but I can't find it. I'm thinking Steam have updated their client since.
Unfortunately not, but thanks anyway.
Go to the config tool to check your bindings.
Click the big green Play button.
You will have a small dialog box open up. Select Configure before pressing the Play button on that.
In the dialog box that appears click the Input Configuration button on top. You will see an Input Type dropdown. Select the kind of controls you would like to use (i.e. Keyboard or XBOX 360 Controller for Windows). If on Keyboard, click the buttons that correspond to the controller buttons then press the desired key when prompted to register it. Or to use the default bindings click Reset to Defaults.
When done, press the Save and Quit to save the configuration.
Now try relaunching the game and press the key or button bound to Start when the game prompts you to.
I normally use a controller, and when I opened the configuration for some reason the keyboard bindings were all blanked out, but Reset to Defaults restored them.
Excellent, worked like a charm, thank you very much for your help!
