Can I run this with core 2 duo

I do have a good graphics card just lacking a good processor but can I still run this game.

If it's an intel i3 dual processor, you should be fine. This game only uses 2 cores, actually.

I last played this game with a 9 year old 2.33GHz Core 2 Duo E6550. It actually played pretty well because the game only uses two cores, I had a GTX 750 (not Ti) in that computer, and even with a processor that would now be considered the equivalent of a Pentium, it wasn't bad. I would get at least a quad core if you play more games.
