Report a translation problem
- Do you have a secondary graphics card (for example most laptops have an intel card as well as an AMD or nvidia card)?
If so, go to the settings (nvidia control panel or equivalent) and make sure it is set to launch OpenGL applications using the correct card. Unfortunately, at least for nvidia, the default is to use the integrated intel card and not the faster card. This will result in a black screen but otherwise running the show.
We are working on solutions for this problem but as it is a configuration setting, it might require you to do this manually and the best we can do at that point would be to tell you about it in an error message.
