Doesn't run correctly

On my system it starts, shows a blank window on the desktop and exits. No VR display at all.

Tried on Vive. Other spotlight story Son of Jaguar does run fine, just this one fails to start.

Doesn't run for me :( First time a Google VR app didn't run flawlessly for me, hope this is resolved quiickly.

It should now work but you might have to uninstall the show and install it again. We apologize for this. Please let us know if you find any other bugs.

I just installed it, ran it and it didn't work. Opening screen on the desktop, black inside the Vive. Tried restarting without effect. Will uninstall and reinstall.

I uninstalled the show and reinstalled it. It still will not launch. I tried launching it both from the desktop icon and inside the headseat with Steam VR Home. When I launched the show inside of Steam VR Home it gave an error message saying there was no known configuration for the game controllers and to pick one. I tried different options but when I launch the show the headset is black with the show's opening screen on the desktop.

I also can't run this program after update. Screen on desktop, black inside the Vive, only music. I uninstalled and delete all files in steamapps/common, then reinstalled it.

For anyone that has a problem with black output in the vive:

- Do you have a secondary graphics card (for example most laptops have an intel card as well as an AMD or nvidia card)?
If so, go to the settings (nvidia control panel or equivalent) and make sure it is set to launch OpenGL applications using the correct card. Unfortunately, at least for nvidia, the default is to use the integrated intel card and not the faster card. This will result in a black screen but otherwise running the show.

We are working on solutions for this problem but as it is a configuration setting, it might require you to do this manually and the best we can do at that point would be to tell you about it in an error message.
