Quest giver for the Toy Sword

Have the sword and do not recall who wanted it and don't see the quest giver named in the guide or the quest log.

General Logan of Navrok Port

That is the last of the Navrok Port quests.

Thank you Went to Navrok Port with the Sword of Carnage and General Logan does not recognize the quest. The quest says the sword is deactivated. Do I need to get it activated somehow?

To Her Rescue (Rewards: 12.100 Sharins, 7600 EXP, Rec. Lev. 42). Talk to Gisella Gemstone in the house to the south. Her daughter is held captive in the cave in the Wood of Despairs.
Boss Therzan: You have to defeat him before he uses his strongest attack. Once you can survive this attack, the battle will end.
Return to Ogedia and talk to Helen and her mother to get the reward.
Retrieve the Sword of Carnage. Ask General Logan of Navrok Port. Bribe him (2000 Sharins) or the quest fails. Chose "Red Toy Sword". You have to find a certain Centaur at Xamri Isles. Once you have obtained the Sword, return.

When General Logan doesn't work, try Therzan...

I defeated Therzan and the battle ended. Helen is now back home with her mother. Got the reward. got the toy sword from Xamri Isles. Returned to General Logan and he doesn't notice the sword.

I never got the sword, because I put off the festival til part 2. But I'm pretty sure you're not suppose to bring it to General Logan. I'm not even sure you're suppose to bring it to Therzan, because he is obviously a murderous sociopath :) Anyhow. Maybe Firefly mentions something about that in the guide.

You're supposed to deliver the sword to Therzan/Van Amarek.
