Is it still possible to purchase a King Exit key somewhere?

There is a Vietnamese store that seems to sell the game key (in addition to Dlsite, which sells the game itself), but if you don’t have a friend from that country, then you won’t be able to pay in the store, because even the visa and mastercard are required to be Vietnamese.

I tried looking everywhere. I even looked in the store where I could buy Dispatcher, which is blocked here. And still no result. I would like to try to buy a key in that Vietnamese store, but unfortunately I don't know how.

Unfortunately, it seems that it is not sold even in gray and black stores. It feels like the game was not really popular, and the reviews on Steam were inflated.
