Ending Icons.
Each ending obviously has some descriptor with regards to how meaningful the ending is for the story. The easiest to read is the worm for the fact that both Anna and Taylor are saved. But I wanted to hear some of the explanations of why Anna's ending is a severed lamb's head. Why is Taylor's ending a moth or fly? And especially why is the abandon all hope ending a swarm?

My guess as to why Anna's ending icon is a severed lamb’s head is that it represents Taylor. He is a sheep, he trusted you with no real reason (at least, no practical one — for all he knows you could be Anna screwing around all along). You made him do this, you chose to save Anna by sacrificing him.

If I remember correctly, the moth could also have to do with influence. I’m pretty sure it definitely has something to do with death too, but I don’t have the knowledge so I’ll leave it to that!

As for the swarm… I don’t see any ? Personally, all I see in the “Abandon Hope” ending is the Simulacra as it shows itself when you have the final chat w/ ‘Anna’ on Spark.

A great point on Anna's ending icon :) I have a different theory tho. Anna is the lamb, because when you got to the Anna ending the Simulacra will tell you that Anna is not who she is anymore, which I am pretty sure that Simulacra in one way or another replaced her internally (soul, maybe), and only her physical form was being returned as a proxy of simulacra. The lamb is her originally self( weak, in simulacra's words), and now although "Anna" returned to the real world(only physically, not mentally) but the real anna already died because simulacra already killed her, killed the original anna that it thought was "weak"
