But after a hour of googling and searching it IG, I still haven't found it.
Does anyone know how to do this part?

You need his full name, age and location. Go to his chat thread in Spark and click on his profile. You will find his name is Taylor Perrera, aged 22. As for his location, he made a post with a location tag in Jabbr, it is Springwood.
