Phone Reset

Is the phone reset scrpted or is there a way to not let it happen? If no, what is my next step, and what idenity do I put in?

I don't think there is a way for it to not be reset. I got all the answers in time and it still reset. Also, you can put in any identity so long as you don't use Anna's name.
