NVIDIA Control Panel (Limit to 30fps!) for Input Lag Issues!

UPDATE: i spoketh too soon. now the game is running extremely slow once you start a report but the menu is fine. i will keep you posted.

Hi! This is a fellow homie of the space cat clan. besides the cringe-fest of my previous statement, i was able to FINALLY figure out a way to get the game to work properly on a modern monitor WITHOUT having to go to "system" and limiting your display to 60hz (which, admittedly, i'm too lazy to do back and forth).

1) Go into NVIDIA Control Panel
2) Go to "cap frame rate" and "cap frame rate for background applications" notches
3) Set max FPS to 30
4) Start the Config page for the game
5) Set it to your resolution at 60fps
6) Watch those ratings climb!~

I'm going to do some more testing to make sure it works but i'm thankful i found this because i have other games that i play that i like to have at 240hz and i don't feel like capping my display and possibly messing something up by doing it back and forth for a 2002 rhythm game
