Ulala and the Characters are speaking Japanese.

On the Setting, The Over Voice is set to English. But when I Start the game, Ulala and others (except Space Michael Jackson) are speaking in Japanese.

Wonder why?

the funny thing is the console version doesnt have this problem i bought the dreamcast collection on the xbox 360 and pc

In the settings change the language to japanese boot it up then after around 30 secs of playtime (in the game) change the language back to english and that should fix it if not then i dont know

You could try editing the setting in the config.ini file.

Open this in wordpad:
Program files >steam > steamapps > common > spacechannel5part2 > config.ini

Find "VOICE_LANGUAGE="

Change it to =1

Close and save.

(If it's already 1, then I have no idea, sorry).

It cna be changed in the startup screen launcher, and you need to change it, start the game, then quit, change the voice to english and then restart. By default it is set to english but doesn't work, so you need to set it to japanese, start the game, then quit and change it to english and start again and it should be in english.

You must of changed something in the config between level 1 and 2, because if she was speaking English in the first level, there would be no reason for it to change in stage 2 randomly.

Actually miguelvilchezgusavson is kind of right...

Kind of...

The English dub on level 2 does leave some of the original Japanese dub intact. (Although if I recall correctly it's not words so much as ulala's 'grunts' and things like when she says "Hya!" etc...

And just for the record, I've also beaten it countless times. ;-)
(Both the original Japanese version on DC and the translated versions for PS2 and PC).

It just depends wether he was talking about these kinds of nuances, or if he meant literally the whole dub for the level.
