No English language OR subtitles?

I don't mind listening to the Japanese but at least give us the option of subtitles. I have no idea what anyone is saying. And what's the point of having the option to set English voiceover when there isn't any English??

You must have done something wrong, there is absolutely an English version. Please go to Settings and try setting English again.

There's no language settings once in game, it asks you pre-launch and I selected English but no dice. Do I need to set up again?

When you press "Play" from Steam, you're given an option to configure the game before launching it. Try setting voiceover to Japanese and back.

Also, please check the savefile directionary of the game. If it's not Documents\SEGA\Dreamcast Collection\Space Channel 5 Part 2, the game doesn't save properly. You'll have to create missing folders yourself.

The game has a glitch on first launch where it's set to Japanese even if it says English.
