Character models wont load, leaves only a shadow (bug)

As in the title. The models for the characters wont load in. I have no idea what this game is but with the first bad guy, only his scarf loads in and I hear him yelling "up, up, up" but I alt+F4'd because I assume I'm supposed to see more than a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ scarf telling me UP.

I know what you mean, I love this game but I don't get why it is so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ buggy, I've been playing 2 days and its been bugging non stop, with models disspaearing and just today the sound stopped working
