There did exist a PC version back in 2001. The controls are similar to Sega Bass Fishing, but the rules and game modes were more arcade-focused.

It was my personal favorite, but had a short shelf life.

I tried the PC version way back but it was rather glitchy in the visuals. If it's ever ported to Steam I'd hope they could smooth it out some more.
Honestly my favorite fishing game to date.
